30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returns are handled through eBay's returns process.

How to start a return

1. Go to your eBay Purchase History, select the order and choose "Return this item".
2. Follow eBay's instructions to print a return label and ship the item back.
3. If you have questions, contact us through eBay messages or at [email protected].

Condition

Items should be returned in the condition received, with original packaging and accessories where possible.

Return shipping

The buyer pays return shipping. If you use an eBay-provided return label, its cost is deducted from your refund. Items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described are covered under the eBay Money Back Guarantee at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued through eBay to your original payment method after we receive the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges; please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
